基于产业集群的物流合作研究

摘  要
 产业集群是一种世界性的经济现象，大量的相关企业按照一定的经济联系集中在特定的地域范围，形成一个产业群落。地理集中、灵活专业、创新环境、合作竞争是产业集群形成并保持其竞争优势的基础，同时它将通过多种途径，如降低成本、刺激创新、提高效率、加剧竞争等，来提升整个区域的竞争能力。现代物流是指为了实现顾客满愈、连接供求主体、克服时空差异的有效的商品、服务位移过程，而物流合作有效地整和了企业的资源，使集群中企业更加专心于本身的核心业务，不断提高企业的竞争力。
    本文以产业集群的基本理论研究现状和现代物流的内涵为基础,系统地分析了产业集群与现代物流的关系，其中包括产业集群的形成条件、不同类型产业集群的物流活动特点、现代物流对产业集群的支撑作用、现代物流和产业集群的互动发展机制。然后从大型企业和中小型企业两个方面，探讨了他们各自的物流合作模式。最后，综合上面提出了一些关于物流合作方面的建议。

ABSTRACT
 The industrial cluster is a worldly economic phenomenon, a large quantities of related enterprises to concentrate according to the certain economic contact in the particular region scope, become an industrial cluster .The geography concentration, vivid profession, creation surrounding, cooperation and competition is the foundation of industrial cluster formations and keep the advantage of its competition, at the same time it will pass various paths, as to decline cost, stimulate creative, improve high-efficiency, intensify the competition etc, promote the competition ability of whole district. The modern logistics points for the process of realizing the customer is full more, conjunction supply chain, validity merchandise and service’s translocation of overcoming the space time diversity, but logistics cooperation availably integrate with the resource of the business enterprise, making the enterprises insides the industrial cluster pay more attention to themselves, continuously increasing the competition ability of the business enterprises.
 The paper first talk about the present condition of basic theories research and the meaning of modern logistics, then analyze the relation between industrial cluster and modern logistics, among them include the formation condition of industrial cluster,  the   characteristics of logistics activity of different type industrial cluster, modern  logistics  play an important role in the industrial cluster, the property development mechanism between modern logistics and the industrial cluster .Then them from two aspects of the small scaled business enterprises and the large business enterprises, analyzed them each logistics cooperation mode .Finally, bring up some suggestions to the aspect of logistics cooperation.
