摘    要

  在现代市场、技术经济、以及环境保护的背景下，传统制造也面临着越来越大的竞争压力，如何建立自身的优势并赢得竞争是每个企业所面临的重大问题。运用现代集成制造技术改造和提升制造业企业管理水平，完成企业现代化改造，是当代制造业企业发展壮大的一条必由之路。现代集成制造系统（Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing Systems, CIMS）这一概念是由我国科技人员在“国家高技术研究发展计划（863计划）”十多年的实践基础上提出并从计算机集成制造系统（Computer Integrated Manufacturing, CIM）发展起来的。而计算机集成制造的概念，是1973年首先由美国人约瑟夫.哈林顿(J .Harrington)博士在《Computer Integrated Manufacturing》一书中提出的。
 在制造业中，生产管理始终处于核心位置，是保障企业正常运转的最重要的一环。而现代集成制造作为一种全新的理念，必然要求有先进的生产管理方法与之相适应。
 本文在分析了现代集成制造的背景、理论与实践发展的基础上，按照生产方式的不同将制造业企业分为：离散型和流程型两大类型，然后在此基础上提出了各自不同的生产管理方法，并具体分析了该两种类型企业的特征。

Abstract
Under the contemporary market, technology, economic, and protecting environment background, the traditional manufacturing enterprises face more and more competitive pressure , how to establish their superiorities to win the competition is the goal each enterprise in pursuit of. The application of the Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing Techniques reforms and promotes the manufacturing enterprises, through combining the industrialization with the informational reform, it further helps the manufacturing enterprises to achieve the modernization, and realize great developments in a short time, so it is a necessary developing road of the past manufacturing enterprises. The Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing Systems concept is propitiated by the scientists in ‘development plan of national high-tech research (863 Program)’, and it developed form Computer Integrated Manufacturing, which is propitiated by Harrington in 1973.
Among manufacturing industry, production schedule occupies the core place all the time, it ensures the enterprise run well. And Computer Integrated Manufacturing requires more advanced production schedule system.
In this article we divided manufacturing industry enterprises into "V ", "A" and "T" three types, which is according to “logistics of the products “from raw materials to the finished product. And we analyzed the characteristic of the three types of enterprise, and then advanced different production schedule methods to the different types of enterprises.
