虚拟企业模块化组织及其运作模式研究

 摘　　要
 
 以动态联盟形式组成虚拟企业，可提高企业群体的敏捷性和群体竞争力。由于企业自身的复杂性、市场的不确定性和虚拟企业成员的动态性，虚拟企业组建过程非常复杂，一般的组建规则和方法往往过于繁杂以致造成很多困难。本文通过对虚拟企业和模块化思想的研究，论述了模块化构建虚拟企业的思想和方法，及虚拟企业模块化组织的运作模式。模块化的组建方法能减少组建动态联盟的影响因素，以最快的速度完成虚拟企业的组建，而且组织结构的模块化能提高虚拟企业的运作效率。

Abstract
 By the dynamic alliance form composition hypothesized enterprise, may enhance the enterprise group the agility and the community competitive power. Because enterprise own complexity, the market uncertainty and the hypothesized enterprise member's dynamic, the hypothesized enterprise sets up the process to be extremely complex, so that the general creation rule and the method too are often numerous and diverse cause very many difficulties. This article through to the hypothesized enterprise and the modular thought research, elaborated the modular construction hypothesized enterprise's thought and the method, and hypothesized enterprise modulation organization's operation pattern. The modular creation method can reduce the creation dynamic alliance the influence factor, completes the hypothesized enterprise by the quickest speed the creation, moreover the organizational structure modulation can enhance the hypothesized enterprise the operation efficiency.
