摘　要
目的 探讨孕妇孕期保健及监护知识的知晓情况。方法 对100例孕妇进行孕期保健及监护知识现况调查，通过发放问卷让第1次来产前检查的孕妇填写，填写完毕收回进行相关分析、χ²检验。结果 孕妇对孕期保健知识的知晓率较低，各项知识不知道的占14.51%～ 41.93%，但知晓程度与孕周、产次、文化程度、家庭收入呈正相关（P＜0.05）;孕妇的保健知识主要是从书本、电视、网络中获得。结论 孕妇的孕期保健及监护知识的知晓度有待提高，应转变观念，加强医务人员宣教、社区宣传等多途径给予孕妇人性化、针对性的孕期保健及监护知识的健康教育工作。

Objectives:：

Methods:
On 100 cases of pregnant women to pregnancy care and guardianship knowledge among, through payment of questionnaires for the first to fill in for a pregnant woman and prenatal checks, complete recovery to related analyses, χ ² inspection.
Results:
Pregnant women during health knowledge of the lower aids'transmission, various knowledge does not know of, 14.51%～ 41.93%,but awareness and gestational age, parity, education level, household income interrelatedtothe (P＜0.05); the health care of pregnant women mainly from books, TV, network. .
Conclusion:
The pregnant woman's pregnancy care and guardianship knowledge of awareness should be improved, you should change the idea, doctor education, community, and many ways to give publicity to pregnant women, targeted during pregnancy care and guardianship knowledge of health education work.
