摘 要

 目的：探讨护理干预措施对孕妇选择分娩方式是否有影响。
 方法：选取200例孕妇，实验组和对照组各100例，实验组实行护理干预，干预内容主要为宣传自然分娩的好处，并由有自然分娩经验的助产士讲课，让实验组孕妇学习自然分娩的准备工作，并提供饮食指导和日常生活指导以及针对分娩方面的咨询，干预实行到分娩结束；对照组实行普通护理，以此来观察分娩时孕妇对分娩方式的选择，根据结果，使用卡方检验来分析，确定干预对分娩方式的选择是否有作用。
 结果：实验组孕妇100例中有78例选择了自然分娩（阴道分娩），自然分娩率为78%，对照组100例孕妇中有51例选择了自然分娩，自然分娩率为51%。两组自然分娩率有显著差异，P﹤0.05。
 结论：护理干预能明显降低手术率，提高自然分娩率。

Title: Influence of nursing intervention on ways of delivery

ABSTRACT

 Objective: To explore the effect of nursing interventions on the choice of delivery styles.
 Methods: Choice 200 cases of pregnant women, included two groups: the experiment group and the control group. Every group has 100 cases of pregnant women. The experimental group was implementation the nursing intervention, the intervention content was the benefits of the natural childbirth, and used the midwives who has the natural childbirth experience to give the pregnant lecture. Let the experiment group of pregnant women to learn about nature delivery preparatory work, and provide the dietary guidance, the daily life guidance and the consult of delivery. The intervene implementation by the delivery end; the control group implementation of the normal nursing, in order to observe the birth of pregnant women what delivery methods they will choice. Use the Pearson test to analyze the result. Make sure whether the nursing interventions will effect the choice of delivery styles.
 Results: The experiment group there was 100 cases of pregnant women, natural birth rate was 78%, the control group, and natural birth rate was 51%. The natural delivery rate in the two groups was significant different, P<0.05.
 Conclusion: Nursing intervention can significant reduce the surgery rate, and improve the rate of natural delivery.
