摘  要
 目的：探讨超声波治疗用于后循环缺血病人的显著效果。
 方法：将我科收治的225例后循环缺血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组为超声加药物组，共115例，对照组为单纯药物组，共110例，将两组眩晕症状及功能评估作为主要的评估指标。
 结果：治疗组眩晕症状及功能评估分明显高于对照组，差异有显著意义。血液流变检测指标明显低于对照组，差异有显著意义，P<0.05。
 结论：超声波治疗能使药物疗效增强，加快血栓的溶解，迅速恢复血流挽救更多的缺血组织。
