 摘　要
 
 目的：观察抚触对早产儿体格发育的影响
 方法：选择我科收治的早产儿60例，随机分为两组，一组为对照组，给予常规护理，另一组为抚触组，在给予常规护理的同时给予抚触，出院后随访半年，发放问卷，统计两组早产儿体格发育及贫血情况。
 结果：抚触组早产儿1个月、3个月、6个月身长，体重，头围增加值均比对照组大（P＜0.05),6个月时抚触组贫血发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。
 结论：对早产儿给予抚触干预可促进早产儿体格发育。

  Title: Touching intervention on the physical development of premature infants

ABSTRACT

Objectives: Observe the touching intervention on the physical development of premature infants    
Methods: I choose 60 cases of premature infants from the patients of my department,and the 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups.One group was the control group and received routine care, and the other group was touching group, which was given routine care,and in the mean while it was given the massage.In the follow-up six months after discharge from hospital,they are sent out questionnaires to,and stat the physical development and anemia of the two groups of premature infants.
Results: Length, weight, head circumference in the touch Group preterm infants of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months are better than those in the control group (P <0.05),and the incidence of anemia in massage group was significantly lower than the control group of 6months(P <0.05).
Conclusion: Intervention in preterm infants given massage can promote physical development in preterm infants.
