摘 要
 目的:探讨护理干预对先心患儿介入治疗效果的影响。
 方法:选择需住院接受手术治疗的先天性心脏病患儿80例，随机分为两组，即实验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)，术前准备及常规护理两组相同，实验组在术前3d给予心理干预。观察两组患儿的心理状态、术前的血压和心率、术后呼吸机应用时间及被动卧床天数。
 结果:实验组与对照组比较，紧张、恐惧情况明显好转、术前血压和心率稳定、术后平均呼吸机应用时间及被动卧床天数缩短（P＜0.05）。
 结论:护理干预能改善先天性心脏病患儿介入治疗过程中的不良心理行为，使其以最佳心理状态接受手术治疗，并且有利于患儿的顺利康复。

 Title: The influence of the psychological nursing in congenital heart diseases of children
ABSTRACT
 Objective：To investigate the effect of psychological intervention in perioperative operation nursing for elder children with Congenital Heart Disease(CHD).
 Methods：Selected 80 patients who were accepted operation treatment in the central hospital of Zhumadian，an 80 case were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40)，two groups using the same eonventionnal nursin before and after operation.3 days before operation，in experimental group were given psychological intervenetion，To observe psychological states，blood pressure and heart rate before operation，the mean time of using ventilator in ICU and the mean days of passive bedbound afterperation.
 Results：The result shows that the stress and fear situation，blood pressure and heart rate were recovered normal basically in experimental group，it was better than in control group.
 Conclusion：The psychological intervenetion in perioperative nursing may impmve the ill psyehologyeal behavior of CHD，let them to accept operation with the best metation and promoting rehabilitation after operation.
