摘  要
目的
 寻找与产后抑郁症发生的相关因素，以更好的指导护理工作，避免产后抑郁症的发生。
方法
 选取住院分娩的产妇866例进行抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、汉姆顿抑郁量表、自制问卷调查表调查。调查内容包括产妇的一般情况、产科情况、产后的抑郁症状、应对方式的评定。
结果
   产后抑郁症的发病率15.01%。产妇的情绪控制差、不良的处事表现、分娩前的心理准备不足和分娩知识的掌握不够等社会心理因素与产后抑郁症的发生有关，是产后抑郁症发生的危险因素。
结论
    1）产后抑郁症围产期妇女中具有较高的发生率，是产妇常见的精神与心理障碍。
 2) 产妇的健康状况影响程度最大，孕期夫妻关系融洽与否次之，其次是分娩时医务人员态度及其丈夫企盼生男孩的程度、分娩发式、家庭收入等因素对产后抑郁症的发生均有一定的影响。  关 键 词：产后抑郁症；病因；爱丁堡产后忧郁调查

Objectives:
Search and postpartum depression occurs related factors, in order to better guide nursing work, avoid post-natal depression
Methods:
Select the puerpera 866 inpatient delivery on self-reported questionnaire, anxiety, depression self rating scale, ham's depression scale, self-made questionnaire to survey. Investigation contents include the general situation, obstetrics maternal postpartum depression symptoms, and coping styles.
Results:
The incidence of postpartum depression data. Maternal mood, poor control of poor performance, childbirth and the psychological preparation before delivery to master the knowledge of social psychological factors and post-natal depression is concerned, postpartum depression occurs risk factors
Conclusion:
in women with postpartum depression perinatal rate is high, the maternal common spirit and psychological barriers
Maternal health has the greatest influence, followed by pregnancy or marital harmony, followed by the attitude of medical personnel during delivery and her husband look forward to the extent of a boy, maternity hair style, family income and other factors on the incidence of postpartum depression have a certain effects
