 摘    要
 目的：了解手术室护士对职业危害的认知，防护措施行为及影响防护行为的原因，为提高自我防护提供理论依倨。
 方法： 采用结构式问卷调查的方法，对潍坊市6所二、三级医院232名在职手术室护理人员进行调查。了解手术室护士职业危害认知状况，对手术室护理人员职业危害防护措施行为进行得分排序。
 结果：手术室护士所采取的防护行为介于经常与有时之间。可能出现血液、体液泼溅时会戴上护目镜及术中用弯盘传递利器的防护行为最差。影响防护措施的主要方面有：工作繁忙、无暇防护（43.6%）；戴手套会影响操作（43.6%）；物品供应不足（34.3%）。
 结论： 手术室护士通过对职业危害因素的认识，应充分了解职业暴露的危害，采取积极的防护措施，在工作中加强自身防护，才能更有效地保障自身健康和职业安全。

 ABSTRACT

 Methods: Uses the structural formula questionnaire survey the method, to Weifang 6 two, three level of hospital 232 in office operating room nursing staff carries on the investigation.Understood the operating room nurse occupation harm cognition condition, carries on score sorting to the operating room nursing staff occupation harm protective measure behavior.
 Results: The operating room nurse adopts the protection behavior is situated between frequently and sometimes between, possibly appears the blood, the body fluid sprinkle splash when can put on in the goggles and the technique transmits the sharp weapon with the curved plate the protection behavior to be worst.The influence protective measure principal aspect includes: Works busily, has no time to protect (43.6%); The influence operates (43.6%); Goods insufficient supply (34.3%).
 Conclusion: The operating room nurse through to the occupation harm factor understanding, should understand fully the occupation exposition the harm, takes the positive protective measure, strengthens own protection in the work, can safeguard own health and the occupational safety effectively.
