摘要
研究背景
慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD)是一种常见的气道阻塞不可逆的呼吸系统慢性疾病，严重影响患者的身心健康和生活能力，甚至危及生命。国内外研究发现，本病患者不仅有严重的躯体疾病，同时伴有明显的心理问题，通过对该病患者个性化心理干预，有利于增强患者的认知能力，提高生活质量及应对方式。
研究目的
通过对徽州区人民医院内科2009年1月-2010年1月COPD住院患者个性化心理干预，了解对该病患者生活质量和应对方式的影响
研究方法
对徽州区人民医院内科2009年1月-2010年1月确诊的COPD住院患者个性化心理干预，选取实验组和对照组各42人。护师根据病人焦虑抑郁的评分结果对实验组的患者给予针对性的健康教育和个性化心理干预，住院期间连续心理干预，对照组不给予心理干预，只给规护理和健康宣教，出院前责任护士再次对两组患者进行焦虑抑郁评估，比较两组的生活质量及应对方式的影响。

研究结果
个性化心理干预后，该病患者都能更自觉地了解并加深了对预防发病知识的的认识，改变不良生活方式，能有效地遏制了发病的次数和发病的程度。患者在心理干预后焦虑抑郁状况得到较为显著的改善，且前后差异具有统计学意义( P ＜ 0. 05)
研究结论
科学有效的心理干预，是今后医疗机构的重点工作，通过对疾病防治知识的了解，改善不良生活方式(戒烟限酒等），能有效地遏制了发病的次数和发病的程度，提高了患者对医护人员的依从性，提高了患者的生存质量，提升患者对该病应对方式。

Research methods
Nurse according to patient anxiety and depression score results in the experimental group patients give targeted health education and psychological intervention during hospitalization individualization, continuous psychological intervention, control group was not given psychological intervention, only to the regulation of nursing and health education, prior to discharge the responsibility of nurses to patients in two groups were anxiety depression assessment, compared with two groups of life the quality and effects of coping style.
The research results
Individual psychological intervention, the patients were able to consciously understand and deepen the knowledge on prevention knowledge, change the unhealthy life styles, can effectively prevent the incidence of the number and incidence degree.
The conclusion of the study
The effective psychological intervention, is the future of medical institutions of the focus of the work, through to the disease prevention knowledge, improve the bad way of life ( quit alcohol limit etc. ), can effectively prevent the incidence of the number and the extent of morbidity, and improve the patient compliance to medical staff, improved the life quality of patients, improve patients with the disease coping style.
