文档编号:HG063 文档字数:7501,页数:19 摘 要:DME是一种重要的化工原料,具有优良的综合性质。DME与甲醇按一定比例的混合物是一种理想的液体燃料,可作为城市煤气和液化气的代用品.DME还可作为汽油添加剂来生产无铅汽油,作为洁净燃料。本设计以10万吨/年DME生产工艺为目标,通过现有生产工艺的比较,综合考虑原料来源、流程复杂度、操作条件、设备腐蚀及三废排放等因素,选择甲醇气相催化脱水法作为本次设计的生产工艺路线。针对本生产工艺甲醇无法完全转化,设计了甲醇回收循环单元,从而提高了原料的利用率;根据选定路线,对整个生产工艺流程的物料及热量进行了衡算;利用ASPEN PLUS等化工软件对包括反应器、塔设备及换热器在内的主要过程设备进行了设计及选型。在此基础上,按照方便生产、注重安全及经济合理等原则对厂区布置进行了设计。 Abstract: DME is an important chemical raw material, has excellent comprehensive properties. The mixture of DME and methanol, in suitable proportion, is an ideal liquid fuel, which can be used as a substitute for city gas and liquefied gas. DME aslo can be used as gasoline additives to produce unleaded petrol, and as a clean fuel. A 10 ton/year DME production with the methanol dehydration process has been designed, on the basis of the comparison of the current production process from many aspects, including the source of raw materials, process complexity, operating conditions, corrosion and waste discharge and other factors. A methanol recovery unit has been adopted since the methanol can not be completely transformed, so that the utilization of raw materials was been improved. According to the selected route, the entire production process of materials and energy were accounting. Then the main process equipment, including the reactor, tower equipment and heat exchangers, was designed and selected with the aid of ASPEN PLUS and other chemical software. Finally, the plant layout is designed for convenience, safety and economy. 目 录
