摘要：本文根据建设项目环境管理的“三同时”制度即建设项目中环境保护设施必须与主体工程同步设计、同时施工、同时投产使用的要求。针对该项目的污水综合处理，进行污水处理工程的设计。设计任务主要包括：综合废水处理工艺的选择和确定；主要处理设施的工艺计算和主要设备的设计选型；工程图纸的绘制；工程投资和运行成本估算。设计采用UASB+A2/O工艺，处理出水水质要求达到<<污水综合排放标准>>（GB8978-1996）一级排放标准。

Abstract: According to the environmental management of construction projects "three at the same time" that is, the system of environmental protection facilities of construction projects must be synchronized with the main project design, construction at the same time, while the use of production requirements. The project for the integrated treatment of sewage, the design of the main tasks include: an integrated wastewater treatment process to determine the choice of drink; major treatment facilities in the main process of calculation and design of major equipment selection; engineering drawings of the map; project investment and operating cost estimates as well as does not include construction, electrical appliances and so on. After studying the use of the item UASB + A2O process required to deal with water quality <<wastewater discharge standards>> (GB8978-1996) emission standards level.
