西他列汀中间体的合成工艺研究

摘 要：糖尿病是最常见的慢性病之一。磷酸西他列汀片是一种新型降糖药二肽基肽酶-4(DPP-4)抑制剂,可提 高人体自身降低过高血糖水平的能力。本文以文献工艺为研究基础，对西他列汀的合成工艺如投料比、原料浓度、温度等进行研究，减少成本，溶剂回收利用，降低环境污染。

Abstract: Diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases. Sitagliptin Phosphate is a new kind of inhibitors of which can promote ability of reducing the humans high blood glucose levels. Based on the literature,the paper studies the process technolegy such as reactant ratio, the raw material concentration, temperature, etc.The cost and solvent recycle could be reduced, and environment pullution couled be reduced too.
