文档编号:HG307 文档字数:19084,页数:36 摘 要 本文主要研究的是阻燃环氧灌封料的合成问题。通过添加填料结晶硅微粉使灌封料具有一定的阻燃能力,再利用互穿聚合物网络、蒙脱土对环氧树脂进行了改性研究,并将改性后的环氧树脂应用到环氧灌封料中,解决了环氧灌封料脆性大、易开裂等问题。实验结果表明结晶硅微粉有良好的阻燃性,能很大程度上提高灌封料的阻燃能力,环氧树脂与有机蒙脱土的相容性良好;力学性能、耐热性能都有不同程度的提高和改善。 Tittles: Flame-retardant epoxy potting compound Synthesis Abstract This article is the study of epoxy resin modified, in the use of IPN, montmorillonite modified epoxy resin, the application of the epoxy to epoxy potting compound, the solution Brittle epoxy potting material, easy to crack, and other issues.
