摘要
本设计对化工生产中烟气脱硫工艺进行了研究与开发。在国内外普遍采用的工艺基础上进行改良，研究与开发通过对烟气脱硫技术来生产亚硫酸。
目前亚硫酸生产工艺已经非常成熟，但是仍然存在生产成本高，硫氧化率低，除尘效果差，二氧化硫收率低，亚硫酸中固体悬浮物多等问题。本设计针对亚硫酸生产工艺中所使用的烟气进行净化处理，通过对亚硫酸生产工艺现状，提出采用在化工生产中产生的烟气由冷却水对其进行吸收脱硫生产亚硫酸的工艺路线。采用此工艺可使化学工业中的二氧化硫工业尾气得到很好的利用并使其达到一定的排放标准。

Abstract
The design of chemical production in the flue gas desulfurization process research and development. Commonly used at home and abroad based on improved technology, research and development of technology to the production of flue gas desulfurization sulfite.
    Sulfite production process at present is already very mature but production costs remain high, the low rate of sulfur oxidation, dust removal effect of poor, low yield of sulfur dioxide, sulfurous acid in the solid suspended matter and other issues and more. Sulfite for the design used in the production process for purification of flue gas through the production process of the status of sulfite, the use of chemical production in the flue gas generated by the cooling water to absorb their production sulfite desulphurization process line. The use of this technology will enable the chemical industry has been the sulfur dioxide gas industry to good use and make it reach a certain emission standards.
