浅议主题餐厅之“汉”要素的运用―以大汉河山主题餐厅设计为例

 摘要：“汉”要素是大汉主题餐厅设计所要把握的要素之一。大汉河山主题餐厅以汉代文化装饰为主题，从菜品、环境和服务各方面全方位打造餐厅鲜明的汉文化特征，为客人提供一种文化餐。客人在餐厅不是单纯的餐饮消费，而是在汉文化主题中找到进餐的全新感觉和体验，感受汉代的特殊文化。本次设计的目的是为了满足人们享受消费环境为主，吃饭为辅的追求消费个性的时尚潮流。餐厅不仅满足了人们最基本的生理需求，而且成为人们社交、聚会、休闲的场所。

Abstract: the "Chinese" factor is the theme of the elements to grasp the design. The han people in cultural theme dining-room decorate as the theme, food, environmental and service from aspects of the distinctive restaurant makes han culture characteristics, provide guests with a kind of culture. Guests in the dining room is not simple food consumption, but in the han culture in the theme of feeling and find new dining experience feelings of han dynasty, special culture. This is designed to meet people enjoy eating, supplemented by consumption environment, the pursuit of fashion consumption personality. Dining-room is not only satisfy the people's basic physiological needs, but also a social, party, recreational place.
