上市公司内部控制信息披露研究

摘       要
 随着社会经济的快速发展，资源短缺、环境污染和生态破坏的矛盾日益尖锐，环境危机正在越来越严重地制约经济发展，环境的污染所具有的严重性已经引发了社会各界的广泛关注，因此本文选择了对上市公司的环境信息披露进行研究。然而环境保护在企业的实践当中依然有没有能够真正性的得以实现。企业主要是在年度报告中对于环境会计信息进行披露，并非所有的企业都能够如此，企业所披露的相关信息还较为零散，毫无规律可依。对于信息披露的动力，而且披露主体不明确，统一的披露形式缺乏，总的来说，环境会计对于信息的披露系统严重的缺乏，体系还不完整。因而对于企业的环境会计信息的披露研究引发了社会各界的广泛关注。笔者作为其中的一员，首先对环境会计信息披露的内涵进行了概括，分析了我国环境会计信息披露当前的情况和存在的一些问题，针对这些问题，提出了进一步完善我国环境会计信息披露的建议。
     

Abstract
 With the rapid development of social economy, the shortage of resources, environmental pollution and ecological destruction of the increasingly acute contradictions, the environmental crisis is more and more severely restricting economic development, serious environmental pollution has already caused the extensive attention from all sectors of society, so this paper chooses the listing Corporation environmental information disclosure research.However, in the practice of environmental protection enterprises still have to be true.Enterprises are mainly in the annual report for the environmental accounting information disclosure, not all companies are able to so, relevant information disclosure of enterprise is more fragmented, no rules can be.The driving force for information disclosure, and disclosure of the main body is not clear, the lack of a unified form of disclosure, in general, the lack of disclosure of environmental accounting information system for the serious, the system is not complete.So the research of environmental accounting information disclosure for enterprises caused widespread concern in the community.As one of them, the connotation of the environmental accounting information disclosure are summarized, analyzed the current situation and existing problems of environmental accounting information disclosure in China, aiming at these problems, put forward to further improve the environmental accounting information disclosure in China suggestions.
