企业并购的财务效应分析

摘  要：企业并购对于企业来说是至关重要的。它是企业的一种经营策略，是企业发展的动力，同时又是扩大企业经营，增强企业实力的一种方式。企业并购是一个复杂的过程，它涉及企业的方方面面，每一个方面对企业来说都是重要的，在并购中，财务管理始终贯穿着整个并购过程，是企业的核心和中枢，如何处理好企业的财务整合是企业并购能否成功的关键，因此我们要重视企业并购的财务效应。
