中小企业经营环境分析——基于对东风机械厂的调研

摘要

 为贯彻落实党的十八大关于全面深化改革的战略部署，加快建设统一开放、竞争有序的市场体系，使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用显得尤为紧迫。中小企业发展的问题也是正在推进的金融改革中倍受关注的焦点之一。伴随着金融扶持力度的加大和金融改革的深化，中小企业经营环境问题日益突出从而引起大众的关注。本^论文在对河南省典型的中小企业（东风机械厂）进行深入调查的基础之上，摸清当前中小企业经营环境现状并探究其原因，主要从中小企业经营环境宏观分析和中小企业经营环境微观分析两个大方面进行调查研究，并探究在实施过程中存在的问题并根据问题提出相应对策。

Abstract
 
 To implement the party's eighteen big on comprehensively deepening reform strategy, speed up the construction of a unified and open market system with orderly competition, the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources is particularly urgent. Small and medium-sized enterprise development problems also are pushing ahead with financial reforms in one of the focus of attention. With more financial support and the deepening of financial reform, small and medium-sized enterprise management environment problem increasingly prominent that cause the public's attention. In this paper, the typical small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan province (Dongfeng machinery factory ) was researched on the basis of the small and medium-sized enterprise management environment, understand current situation and explore the reasons, mainly from the small and medium-sized enterprise management environment analysis of macro and microscopic analysis of small and medium enterprises operating environment two aspects of survey research,and to explore the existing problems in the implementation process and proposed the corresponding countermeasure according to the question.
