摘要
 随着互联网的普及，上网成为了人们获取信息的重要来源。网页作为网站信息的载体，它的设计是否成功影响着整个网站的价值。布局和色彩作为网页设计的两个重要因素，对网页的合理性和风格有很大的影响。
 现有的网页设计理论系统性不足，理论研究缺乏实践依据，因此本文通过文献研究法、信息内容分析法、实验研究法、社会调查法、实践研究法等多种研究方法，将眼动仪实验和色彩因素提取实验作为研究重点，用实验验证理论，并得出非精确性概念生成的依据，结合实际的网页设计工作，综合研究和探讨网页设计中关于布局和色彩的一些技术和方法，从而为网页开发设计人员创作出精美、合理、独具风格的网页提供方法论上的支持。

Research and discussion on Web design related technology
Abstract
 With the popularity of the Internet, the Internet has become the people's access to an important source of information. Website as the information carrier, whether its design is successful or not influences the value of the entire site. As the two important factors of the website design,layout and color have a huge influence on reasonableness and style of the web page . 
 As existing web design theory systemic inadequate,and theoretical research lacks of practice,so this paper through literature research, Information content analysis, experimental studies, social studies, practical research, and other research methods,  make the eye tracking experiment and color extraction experiment as the focus of research, and use the experimental  validation theory. Then we conclude non-precision drawn to the concept of production basis, and in line with the actual  design of the website, Comprehensive study and explore the website design and layout of the color of some technology and  methods, for web development designers to create attractive, reasonable and stylized website to provide methodology support.
