格力凯邦电机物料入库管理研究

摘  要

 随着科学技术的发展，企业信息化建设势在必行。本文以格力凯邦电机为研究对象，结合企业物流管理部的现状，针对物料（特别是原材料）的入库管理进行研究。
 物流管理可谓是企业的心脏，只有物料真正流动起来，才能使企业运行顺畅，才能为企业带来更大的利益。物料入库是物流管理的第一个环节，本文通过调查格力凯邦电机物料入库现状，按照发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路，结合信息管理与信息系统的专业知识，对其物料入库环节进行流程上的优化，进而分析、设计了配合管理的物料入库管理信息系统。在系统分析阶段，进行了详细的数据流程分析，并配合数据字典加以说明；而系统设计阶段，也进行了详细的数据库设计和用户UI界面设计。
 企业的信息化建设之路依然漫长，希望本文可以为生产制造类企业在物流管理方面提供一些思路和建议。

ABSTRACT

 With the development of science and technology, enterprise informatization construction is imperative. This paper based on Gree KaiBang motor manufacturer co., LTD for research object, combined with the current situation of enterprise logistics management department, study of materials (especially the raw material ) warehouse management.
 The enterprise logistics management just likes the heart. Only when materials flow, can it make enterprise run smoothly, and also can it bring greater benefit. Material storage of logistics management is the first link, this paper surveys the Gree KaiBang motor manufacturer material warehousing current situation, according to the way that find the questions, then analysis them, and then solve them for thinking, combining information management and information system’s professional knowledge, to improve the materials incoming business flow. And then anglicizing and designing the materials entry management information system. During the system analysis period, this paper carried on the detailed analysis of data flow analysis, combined with the data dictionary explained. And in the system design stage, it also carried on the detailed design of database and user interface design.
 It is still a long road of the enterprise’s information construction, only hope this paper can provide some ideas and suggestions for enterprise’s logistics management.
