摘　　要
 随着21世纪塑料工业的发展，塑料注塑模具具已经成为制造塑料制品的重要手段之一。本设计书主要介绍了塑料注塑模具设计中遇到的各种方法以及主要过程。首先，介绍了塑料注塑模具设计与制造在社会发展过程中所处的地位和作用，并对塑料制品（赛豹车中控盒后烟灰缸支架）的结构进行了分析和适当的修改，然后介绍了塑料注塑模具具的具体设计过程。具体设计内容包括：注塑机型号的选择、分型面的确定、抽芯机构及顶出机构设计、成型零部件的设计、浇注系统、冷却系统和复位系统的设计，此外，还对塑料注塑模具其他零部件进行了简单的设计。最后阐述了完成此次设计之后的心得，并对以后的模具设计思路提出了自己的见解和看法。

Abstract
 With the development of 21 centuries plastics industry, plastic produces plastic articles by injection moulding the model already becomes one of the important means making a plastic product. Various method and main process that the middle that the model designing that the book has introduced that plastic produces plastic articles by injection moulding mainly originally designs comes across. And the model first, having introduced that plastic produces plastic articles by injection moulding designs and creates the in the process of social development what middle gets along position and effect, concre having carried out analytical and appropriate modification, and then the mould having introduced that plastic produces plastic articles by injection moulding on plastic product (the match leopard charges the box queen ashtray holder in vehicle) structure designs process. Content includes concrete design: Injection machine type choice , design , teeming system , cooling system and systematic design of replacement being allotted ascertaining that of type soft and floury , taking core organization out and being equivalent to organization design , molding component and part out, besides, produce plastic articles by injection moulding to plastic model component and part has carried out simple design other. And have set forth the what one has learned from work after accomplishing this design finally, the train of thought has brought forward self view and view to design for die and mould in the hereafter.
