山核桃专用破碎机开发设计

摘     要
 本文档从我国山核桃的基本概况出发，同时了解了国内外相关破壳机械的发展状况，通过对传统山核桃破壳方法的比较，并结合山核桃果壳的特点和现代手剥山核桃的破壳取仁方法，设计了一种专门用于山核桃入味前自动破壳的加工机器。不过由于资金问题，该机器尚未制造出来，进行任何的检验，具体加工效果还不能确定。
 设计中涉及到整体技术参数的预定、驱动方式和传动方式的选择、执行机构的确定以及相关机构的设计和计算说明等。

Development and Design of Hickory dedicated crusher

Abstract
This paper is starting from the basic overview of Chinese Hickory, and also understand the domestic and foreign development of machinery broken shell, comparison with the traditional method of breaking pecan, combined with the characteristics of hickory shell and modern methods to take walnut by shell-breaking of the hand-stripping pecan, designed a processing machine that specially used for automatically broken shell before the pecan getting interested. However, because of funding problems, the machine has not produced and taken any test yet, the results of specific processing were uncertain.
Involved in the design：Book overall technical parameters, Select drive mode and transmission mode, Determine the actuating mechanism and the explanation of design and calculation of relevant institution, etc.
