 摘     要
 本文档所研究的是小型注塑机机械系统的设计。本文以设计250g注塑机机械系统为例，从明确设计任务与要求开始入手，分析了机械系统所要完成得基本动作与顺序，对几种注塑机的结构进行分析和比较，从中选择最合适的方案。确定好设计方案后，据设计要求进行注塑机机械结构设计，这其中包括了塑化系统（包括螺杆、螺杆头、料筒、喷嘴等的设计）、射胶油缸（包括油缸、各种辅助机构的设计）、射移油缸等的设计及它们的装配结构。

 Abstract
 The research of the subject is about the design of a small injection molding machine system. Taking the 250g injection molding machine mechanical systems as an example, we start from specificing the design tasks and requirements .Then we begin to analyze the mechanical system so that they can complete the basic movements and sequence. Then we analyze and compare the structures of several injection molding machines, choose the most appropriate one. After ascertaining a good design, we can design injection molding machine according to the requirements for mechanical structure design, which includes a plasticizing systems (including screw, screw head, barrel, nozzle design, etc.), shooting plastic fuel tanks (including tanks, The design of various supporting institutions), carriage movement cylinders and other assembly structure.Key words: injection molding machine    mechanical system
