车辆轮胎清洗泥水分离设备的设计

摘   要
 城市污水污泥处理处置是污水处理事业的重要组成部分。原始的处理方法产生了许多问题。一是费用高、效率低，施工紧张时，槽罐车昼夜运输尚不能满足施工进度要求。二是施工现场环境恶劣，泥浆水四溢令人难以插足，工程队常因泥浆水漏入下水道造成管道堵塞而遭受巨额罚款。在现代社会环保成为一个全世界主流的旋律后非常有必要对该设备进行创新设计。因此，在比较与综合的基础上提出了本文的课题。本文主要对卧螺式离心机的转鼓以及传动装置进行了设计，以AUTO CAD为画图软件画出泥水分离装置的设计图。此设备可以更好的对施工车辆轮胎清洗留下来的污水的处理，并且达到泥水分离的目的。

Abstract
   
    Municipal sewage sludge disposal and waste water treatment industry is an important part. The original approach produces a number of problems. One is costly, inefficient, nervous, tank car and night transport to meet the requirements of construction progress. The second is the construction site conditions, mud water overflowing hardly involved, the project team often mud water leakage into sewers causing pipe blockage from large fines. In modern society in environmental protection has become a world leading melody is very necessary for creative design. Therefore, comparison and synthesis, on the basis of that proposed the subject of this article. This paper focuses on the drum decanter centrifuges and gearing designed to AUTO CAD to paint software draw water separating equipment design. This device can better on construction vehicle tire cleaning of wastewater treatment, and achieve slurry.
