摘     要
 汽车密封条作为汽车的重要零配件,起到连接密封、缓冲防震、防水、防尘和防噪声等重要作用,是保证乘坐舒适性的关键部件之一。本次毕业设计在浙江省仙居县博达异型橡塑有限公司进行，主要任务是对该公司的密封条生产线上的挤出机，成型机，冷却系统，植绒冲压过程以及后序过程有深刻的认识，对公司的密封条产品生产全过程，经营的产品以及对产品的开发设计进行够详细的了解。重点是掌握比亚迪F3的左车窗密封压条的制造工艺，在实际生产过程中对各道工序进行优化，降低产品的生产成本，提高产品的合格率。并且对于汽车厂商反馈回来的产品问题，及时做出合理的改进。汽车密封条生产是一个复杂的过程,它既有类似流程性材料加工特点的工序,又有离散型加工的步骤。有机械变化,又利用了化学反应。除了基本的PVC弹性热塑性颗粒生产工艺,还运用了金属冷作、焊接、表面处理等多种加工手段。总的来说,汽车密封条的制造流程包括三大步骤:原材料的准备过程、挤出过程、后序工艺。

Abstract

Automotive sealing production is a complex process, which both process and materials similar to the characteristics of the process, and discrete processing steps. In addition to the basic particles of PVC thermoplastic flexible production process, also used the cold metal, welding, surface treatment and other processing means. Overall, the car seal of the manufacturing process, including the three major steps: preparation of raw materials, extrusion process, after the order process.
