摘     要
 内饰板壳件是汽车车身的一个重要部件之一,是吸收缓和外界冲击力、防护车身前后部的安全装置。其作用主要有：①当汽车与其他车辆或降碍物发生碰撞时, 起保护内部零件的作用；②起装饰作用。内饰板壳件由金属材料和非金属材料制造。金属材料内饰板壳件一般用高强度钢板或其他合金材料经模具完成。
 本文介绍了采用合金材料的内饰板壳件的模具设计方法，给出了模具结构设计步骤和工艺参数计算，结合内饰板壳件模具结构特点，详细介绍运用工程软件UG进行模具设计的方法，介绍了模具材料特性及热处理要求，同时说明模具的安装调试及压力机的选择条件等。

Abstract
 Shell interior auto body parts are an important component of one of the outside world to ease the impact absorbing, protective body before and after the Ministry of safety devices. Its main role: ① When the vehicle with other vehicles or objects collided down barriers, the protection role of the internal parts; ② the role decorative effect. Interior shell pieces are made by the metal material and non-metallic materials. Pieces of metal materials in general use interior shell of high strength alloy steel or other materials completed by the mold.
 This paper introduces the use of alloy shell of the interior pieces of the mold design method, given the structural design of these molds and process parameters, the combination of shell mold interior structural features, details on the use of UG engineering software for mold design method, introduced the characteristics of mold materials and heat treatment requirements, as well as installation and debugging that mold and press the select conditions.
