Unifies the similar products the production experience and the note mold theoretical knowledge, simultaneously uses EMX according to the mold kernel's characteristic to carry on the shaping to the mold pould frame, productions and so on parameter hypothesis including the ejecting mechanism, the mold emptier, the guide-bar mechanism and so on other structure spare part pould frame's modelling, finally pulls out the slide system's revision after the opposite side, complete production set of molds, the mold relatively is quite generally speaking simple, but the side pulls out the system is the mold complex design place truly, this mold can the practical application production, the drawing close to actual production, have certain reference value to the enterprise. After mold design production, its center form kernel uses MASTERCAM to carry on the programming, and carried on the numerical control simulation processing. in the process mainly to cutting tool's shaping, the way plan has made the essential design. the success production best processing way has guaranteed the processing efficiency and the production cost.
