枪筒三维造型设计及快速成型加工

摘  要
    本课题主要是在计算机三维造型的基础上，用快速成型技术将造型制作成实物模型。首先通过对枪筒实样进行了具体的分析，了解枪筒的结构特点，接着运用Pro/E三维计算机辅助设计软件来对枪筒进行造型设计，通过三维设计的过程，熟悉了Pro/E的一些基本的功能，自己能够独立地进行设计。在三维造型的基础上，然后进行快速成型加工制作出实物，其中包括先将三维造型转换成STL的格式，再将STL格式的图形导入到计算机上。运用快速成型机HRP2004系统对图形作预处理，目的在于正确的制定出三维造型的整体尺寸排布，比例缩放等；接着在HRP-ⅡB快速成型系统中制取枪筒模型，在此过程中掌握了快速成型机制取模型的过程及技巧；最后对枪筒模型进行后处理，包括剥离，上胶和磨砂的过程，至此，枪筒的实物就制作出来了，基本上完成了本设计的全部内容。整个过程充分地展现了快速成型技术在生产实际中的应用。

Three dimensional design and the rapid prototyping process
 for a pistol barrel

Abstract
 Based on the three-dimensional computer model,this issue mainly apply the rapid prototyping technology to make the shape into physical models. Firstly, a pistol barrel is specificly analyzed on actual samples to understand the structural characteristics of a pistol barrel, then applying Pro / E three-dimensional computer-aided design software to desvise the modeling of the pistol barrel；Through the design process, familiar with some basic functions of the Pro/E, I can devised it independently. Based on the three-dimensional modeling,then doing rapid prototyping process to make real production, including transforming three-dimensional model into STL format,then I import the STL format graphics into the computer.Using rapid prototyping machine HRP2004 system to pretreat the graphics,to formulate the right overall size arrangement and scaling of the three-dimensional shapes; Then in the HRP-ⅡB Rapid Prototyping System,I make the pistol barrel model, in this process,controlling the process and techniques of model preparation in the rapid prototyping mechanism; Finally，post-processing the model, including stripping, gluing and grinding process.Thus, a real pistol barrel is made out, and we basically complete the entirety of this design. The whole process fully demonstrate the application of rapid prototyping technology in practical production.
