Bsx分离式箱体工艺编制和钻模设计

 摘       要
 BSX分离式箱体零件结构形状复杂、加工部位多、精度要求高、加工难度大，因此设计的时候，要注意结构，结构工艺的合理性，以上要求对于实现优质、高产、低耗具有极大意义。毛坯为球墨铸铁，中批生产。设计任务为拟定箱体加工路线，编制零件加工工艺过程卡、工序卡片、及设计钻模。由于中剖面上的孔要求不高，所以可采用摇臂钻加工孔。在钻模设计中采用的定位方式为一面两孔的定位，夹紧机构为螺旋夹紧机构，采用的是移动压板压紧。
 在设计中，主要难点在于钻模的设计，对于不同的孔的加工精度要求需采用不同的钻套。另外则是箱体加工时，工件夹紧以后必须放上钻模板进行钻削加工，在批量在中批以上的此类零件加工中，提高其定位和夹紧速度，是要解决的难点所在。

 The Desgin of Establishment and drill model design
 the Bsx disconnect-type box body handicraft
 
 Abstract
 The Bsx disconnect-type box body part structure form is complicated , many, accuracy processing location require that the degree of difficulty high , processing is big, the moment designing that therefore should make whose structure rational , have fairly good structure manufacturability, realize high grade, high yield , low consumption significance with regard to maximum. Semifinished materials is modular cast iron. The body designing that the mission is to design a box processes a route , works out a part processing the procedure card , the working procedure card, and designs drill model. Because the hole of the in the section plane whose request is not high, may use the rocking shaft to drill the hole. Locate mode uses which in the jig design is at the same side two localizations, clamp organization is screw clamp organization, and useing moving clamp to press .
 In the design, the main difficulty lies in the design of jig, for different holes , machining accuracy is required to use different sets of drilling. Another is the processing tank,  after clamping the workpiece,  the drilling template must be put on it, then, drilling and processing. more than midding quantities of such parts, that in the processing , insrease the speed of positioning and clamping is where difficult to be solved .
