SLS型轿车二轴式四档变速器设计

 【摘要】 汽车是现代社会的主要运输工具之一。汽车的动力来源于活塞式内燃机，而它的转矩和转速的变化范围非常小，在复杂的使用环境中，就需要汽车的牵引力和汽车的速度在较大的范围内变化。因此，汽车的传动系统中配备了变速器。通过不断改变传动比，使得驱动轮的转矩和车速不断地变化，从而满足了行驶的要求。通过设置倒档，可以实现汽车的前进或后退，而利用空档可以终止动力的传递，既实现档位之间的互换，又可以保护齿轮免受冲击。此次设计为SLS型轿二轴式车四档变速器，它有四个前进档，一个倒档，它的传动比依次为：Ⅰ=2.92；Ⅱ=1.81；Ⅲ=1.12；Ⅳ=0.7；倒档是2.38。该变速器为有级的二轴式齿轮变速器，输入轴上安装四个前进档和一个倒档主动齿轮；输出轴上安装则是四个前进档和一个倒档从动齿轮，倒档轴上安装一个双联齿轮，它可以避免齿轮之间的相互干涉。三个同步器统一安装在输出轴上，通过同步器，可以实现换档、倒档和空挡，满足行驶的要求。

The automobile is one of the main conveyance tools of the modern societies. the automobile power originates from the internal-combustion reciprocating engine, but its torque and the rotational speed range of variation is extremely small, but the complex use environment, needs the automobile the force of traction and the automobile speed in an greater scope change. Therefore， transmission in the car with a transmission. By changing the transmission ratio, making the driving wheel torque and speed are constantly changing to meet the driving requirements. By setting the reverse, the car can go forward or backward, while the gap can be terminated by the transmission of power, realized exchange between the stalls, but also to protect the gears from shock. The design for the SLS sedan fourth gear transmission, which has four forward gears, one reverse, its velocity ratio is in turn: I =2.92; II =1.81; III =1.12; IV =0.7; The reverse gear is 2.38. The transmission is a class of two axis gear transmission, the input shaft to install the four forward gears and one reverse gear; output shaft installation is the four forward gears and one reverse driven gear, reverse gear shaft installation A double-Gear, it avoids interference between the gears.
