箱盖机械加工工艺工装设计

摘要：装载机主要用来装卸成堆散料，也能进行轻度的铲掘工作。由于它适用于建筑、矿山、铁道、公路、水电等国民经济各个部门，因此，在国内外产量与品种的发展都较快，是工程机械中的一个主要机种。
    装载机根据不同的使用要求，发展形成了不同的结构类型。通常，按使用场合的不同，分成露天用装载机和井下用装载机；接行走系统结构不同，分成轮式装载机与履带式装载机；按卸料方式不同，分为前卸式(前端式)、后卸式与回转式装载机。
    本文主要是介绍了装载机箱盖加工工艺及加工中所需要的专用夹具的设计。首先对零件进行了工艺性分析了解各加工面所需要打到的加工精度，确定各个加工面的加工余量。制定合理的能够满足加工需要的工艺方案。为了保证零件的加工精度需要进行基准面的选择和对零件的定位，并遵循一定基本原则，并进行定位误差的分析。加工中还涉及到各种加床夹具的设计。本文主要介绍的是专用夹具的设计，主要有夹具的定位，零件与零件的连接、夹具体与机床的连接和吾侪分析。

Abstract: Loader piles mainly used for loading and unloading of bulk materials, but also for mild shovel work. As it applies to construction, mining, railway, highway, water and other economic departments, therefore, the development of domestic production and the varieties are faster, is a major construction machinery models.

Usually, by the use of different occasions, into the open hole with a loader and Loader; then walking system of different structures, into wheel loaders and crawler loaders; by discharge in different ways, into the former dump (front-end ), after the dump and rotary loaders.
This article is to introduce a loader cover processing technology and processing needs special fixture design. First of all parts of the process of analysis needed to understand the processing of surface machining accuracy to hit, to determine the allowance of each machined surface. To develop a reasonable process to meet the processing needs of the program. To ensure the machining accuracy is required datum selection and positioning of parts, and follow certain basic principles, and the positioning error analysis. Processing also involves a variety of extra fixture design. This paper describes the design of special fixture boring, there are fixture positioning, parts and components of the connection, the connection with the machine specific folder and Wuchai analysis.
