文档编号:JX215 所有图纸,任务书,文档字数:14792.页数:39 摘 要 在许多大型机械的维修行业中,有时要进行一些轮类物件的拆卸,目前普遍的做法是用机械式的拉力器,有的地方用铁器强行撬,对物件产生很大程度的破坏,而且对工作人员存在安全隐患。因此设计了液压拉力器,设计主要包括二大部分,第一部分是液压系统的设计,第二部分是爪钩的设计。设计重点是液压系统具有超载自动卸荷功能,连接件结构设计和密封,爪钩材料的选择和结构设计。整个设计使液压和机械有机的结合在一起。 关键词;液压系统;爪钩;密封,卸荷,连接件; ABSTRACT During some large mechanical preventive maintenance, sometimes it need to unload some round articles, the widespread way of doing this is to use mechanical spring exerciser now. And in some places use the strong line of ironware to pry, but it not only does seriously destroy to the workpiece, but also may be harmful to the workman. So designs hydraulic pressure spring exerciser. The design mainly contains two parts; the first part is the design of hydraulic system, the second part is the design of hook.
