摘    要

      混凝土输送泵是目前在建筑工程和矿用工程中广泛应用的主要混凝土机械之一。混凝土泵主要包括以下几部分：液压系统、泵送系统、分配阀系统、搅拌系统。本机电机采用隔爆式电机，其余采用全液压传动方式。它可以较好地适用于矿井条件，工作范围广。正常工作时，不需要其他附属设备，使用机动灵活。本泵不仅可以用于泵送混凝土，而且可以用于注浆、混凝土喷射等场合，它是一种工作性能良好的矿井填充设备。
本设计围绕着当今矿用混凝土泵的特点，主要涉及以下有关的问题：
首先，介绍了混凝土泵的发展历史及目前国内外混凝土泵的发展状况，说明了混凝土泵在工程应用中相关特点，混凝土泵的发展趋势以及本课题的意义。
其次，着重讨论了混凝土泵设计过程中相关部分设计方案的解决。通过对多种方案优缺点的比较分析，分别为液压系统、泵送机构、分配阀系统、搅拌系统，确定了比较合理的解决方案。
最后，具体对主要零部件的结构进行了设计计算和条件校核，从而确定了整个混凝土泵的设计。

ABSTRACT

Concrete pump is one of the most popular concrete machine using in architecture and mining currently. It mainly contains such part as hydraulic system, pump system, distribute valve system and stirring system. This machine is driven absolutely by hydraulic pressure, and the electromoter is anti-exploded. It can be used suitably in mining mill condition and work in a large range. No other assistant machines are need when it is working correctly, and it works cleverly and automatically. It can be used not only in concrete pumping, but also in plasm supply and concrete shooting. It works nicely in mining mill filling.
Flowing the characteristic of concret pump using currently, this paper is relative to such questions with concrete pump as following:
Firstly, this paper introduces the history of concrete pump, its development in China and abroad, its characteristic in engineering, the future of its development and the significance of my design.
Secondly, solutions to the structure of parts working in the concrete pump are given. By comparing their excellences and defects among lots of solution ways, the nice and reasonable one for the hydraulic system, pump system, distribute valve system and stirring system were given.
At last, the structure of concrete pump is established by computing the parameters and checking them.
