内容提要
随着微电子工艺的发展和人们生活水平的提高，医疗和电子行业的操作对环境洁净度的要求越来越高，局部洁净应用也越来越多。
保持箱顶门机构及夹具设计基于特殊的工程需要，设计一个用于对象进出局部洁净保持箱的密封门及密封压紧机构。由于操作空间限制，采用卷帘门的方式。在比较常用卷帘机构的基础上，完成卷帘方案设计，进行了电机选型设计计算、联轴器选型等设计计算，进行了顶门机构控制设计和压紧机构设计，绘制了密封卷帘机构及压紧机构工程图纸。
