风扇罩注射成型工艺分析与模具设计
[摘要]论述了国内外模具发展的现状及其发展趋势，现代模具产品的设计开发工程和模具材料及其标准化，并讲述了注塑成型工艺原理，介绍了微成形注塑模具技术。以实际生产生活中常常见到的风扇罩的注塑成型模具的工艺分析与设计为例，重点讲述了注塑模具的基本设计工程和方法，并对其作了可行性分析和工艺分析，以及在设计实际中具体需要考虑的相关问题。查阅《模具设计与制造手册》，了解了注塑模具主要零件的具体设计过程和标准件的查找过程，并通过标准件对模具进行修正。运用CAD、Pro/E等计算机辅助设计软件，对产品的二维、三维图形进行绘制，以及其模具零件的绘制和装配。

【Summary】Discussed the present condition that the domestic and international molding tool develops and it development trend, the design development of the modern molding tool product engineering and molding tool material and it standardizes, and related to note Su to model craft principle, introduced a tiny technique for taking shape to note a Su molding tool.With actual production life medium usually see of the fan cover of note craft analysis and design that the Su models a molding tool for example, particularly related the basic design engineering and method of noting the Su molding tool, and as to it's made viability assessment and craft to analyze, and concretely needed the related problem for considering in the middle of designing physically.Check 《molding tool design and manufacturing manual 》 , understood checking of the concrete design process and standard piece of noting the Su molding tool main spare parts to seek process, and pass standard piece to carry on correction to the molding tool.Make use of CAD and Pro/ E,etc design software and carry on drawing to the two-dimensional and 3D sketch of product, and it drawing of molding tool spare parts and assemble.
