下管衬管落料冲孔模设计
 【摘要】本设计课题下管衬管落料冲孔件，材料为Q235，厚度为1.0mm，属于大批量生产，精度要求IT10。
 本文的主要内容是分析它的工艺性并设计它的冲压模具。首先根据该零件的结构特点和所用材料特点进行工艺分析和工艺计算，进而确定出工艺方案。根据确定的工艺方案,选择落料冲孔复合冲裁模；然后根据工艺计算对模具的具体结构和所需各个零件进行设计和选择，通过计算各所需力，初选用压力机为开式可倾工作台压力机J23-40，其公称压力为400KN；最后在计算机上用CAD绘图软件画出所有的总装图和零件图，并标注各个零件的尺寸，技术要求及其制造标准。设计过程中参考了各种文献资料和技术标准。

The main content of this article is to analysis its process and the design of the stamping die.According to the structural characteristics of the parts and materials for the characteristics of the process of analysis and calculation, and further determines the process scheme.Determine the process scheme, selection of blanking punching compound die; then according to the technological calculation of die structure and the specific required each part design and selection, through the calculation of the needed force, primaries with press for the inclinable bench press J23-40, its nominal pressure 400KN; finally on the computer using the CAD drawing software draw all the assembly drawing and parts drawing, and label each components size, technical requirements and manufacturing standards.The design process with reference to various literature and technical standards.
