摘要

随着我国电力工业的快速发展，投运和在建的300MW以上大容量火电机组的比重越来越大。在火电机组中燃煤锅炉要求燃烧的原煤粒度尽可能细小以适合燃烧工况，需要在燃煤进入火电机组前对燃煤进行充分磨碎，达到对石子煤处理、原煤中黄铁矿、岩石及其他杂物的清除及使煤充分燃烧的目的。
本毕业设计目的是设计一种对燃煤进行充分磨碎并对煤种与煤质的适应性、耗电量及耐磨件强度等方面都达到最优使用情况的碗式磨煤机，进而增加发电厂发电效率及获得最大经济效益。
本文介绍了碗式磨煤机的结构组成、工作原理以及主要零部件的设计中所必须的理论计算和相关强度校验，并进行了部分结构改造：本设计改善了旧系列碗式磨煤机的磨辊，增大了磨辊的耐磨性，减小了磨辊的磨损程度；碗式磨煤机采用磨辊翻出机构，既具有很长的使用寿命，又便于检修。

Abstract

As China's power industry's rapid development, the proportion of the investment and construction in the more than 300 MW capacity thermal power units is increasing. So the purpose of my Graduation Design is to design a full grind of coal-fired coal and coal quality and adaptability, power consumption and wear-resistant parts, and other aspects of strength to achieve optimal use of the bowl-mill, Thereby increasing the efficiency of power generation and power plants to get the most cost-effective.
In this paper, it Introducts the structure, working principle of bowl-mill composition and the main components in the design of the necessary theoretical calculations and related strength check, and some structural transformation: The design improves the old series of bowl-mill Roll and increases the Roll wear resistance, reduce the Roll of wear and tear; the design of Roller fliping institution of this bowl-mill has not only a very long service life but also easy maintenance.
