摘要

　  随着世界的发展，塑料工业成为了其中不可缺少的主要组成部分。本文介绍的是制造塑料制品的主要手段之一塑料注射模，着重介绍了塑料注射模设计的方法以及过程。通过对塑料制品的注射模具的具体设计过程，详细的介绍了模具设计的主要步骤。具体设计内容包括：注射机型号的选择、分型面的确定、抽芯机构及顶出机构设计、成型零部件的设计、浇注系统、冷却系统和复位系统的设计，还对塑料注射模其他零部件进行了简单的设计。在完成设计之后，又整理了一些自己对模具设计思路的心得和看法。

Abstract
 With the development of the world, plastics industry has become essential main ingredient among them. This article describes the plastic injection mold which is one of the major means of the manufacture of plastic products and emphasizes the design methods and processes of the plastic injection mold. This article details the main steps of the mold’s design through the process of the plastic products’ (car ashtray) injection mold design. The specific design elements including :  the choice of the injection machine models, determine the surface, pulling mechanism and push-out design, of the design of the forming part, pouring system, cooling system and the design of the reduction of system. And I make a simple design for the other plastic injection mold parts. After the completion of the design I compiled the experience and views of the mold design’s ideas.
