红薯切片机设计

摘要：红薯切片机是一种农业产品加工设备，主要用于红薯薯片的制作。目前广泛存在和使用的是手摇式红薯切片机。其结构极其简单，主要部件为刀盘和手柄。在人力作用下，通过手柄的转动将动力传到刀盘。这种机械出片率低，而且费力。本设计针对手摇式红薯切片机进行改进：在动力部分采用电磁调速电动机带动，然后通过小带轮和大带轮把动力传到切片刀盘，最终完成切片；并且在电动机的转速方面采用JD控制器控制，以实现红薯切片机的自动控制设计。

Abstract: The sweet potato slicer is an agricultural product processing equipment, mainly used in the production of sweet potato chips. At present, the existence and widespread use of the hand-style sweet potato slicer. Its structure is extremely simple, the main components for the knife and the handle plate. Role in human, by turning the handle to power the cutter reached. This piece of the low rate of mechanical, and laborious.
