我国汽车金融的现状与对策

摘    要
  汽车金融服务是在汽车销售、使用过程中,由汽车金融服务公司向消费者或经销商提供融资及其他金融服务,包括对经销商的库存融资和对用户的消费信贷或融资租赁等。在欧美发达国家,汽车金融服务经过百年的发展,目前已成为仅次于房地产金融的第二大个人金融服务项目,每年的平均增长率在3%左右。目前在全世界每年近1.3万亿美元的汽车销售总额中,汽车金融服务融资为1万亿美元左右,约占70%。
  我国的汽车工业经历了几十年的发展，经历了从无到有，从单一品种到门类齐全品种的发展阶段。然而，我国汽车工业跟西方发达国家相比仍存在极大的差距。分析产生这些差距的主要原因是金融运作的匾乏，汽车工业的产业链中最具价值的汽车金融服务业远远滞后于西方国家，这成为中国汽车工业发展的瓶颈。
 本文通过借鉴国外汽车金融运作模式，阐述发展我国汽车金融业的现状与对策。

In the European and American developed country, the automobile financial service undergoes hundred year development, at present has become is only inferior to the real estate finance second big individual financial service project, every year's average growth rate about 3%. At present in the world every year in nearly 1,300,000,000,000 US dollar auto sale total amount, automobile financial service financing is about 1,000,000,000,000 US dollars, approximately composes 70%. Our country's automobile industry has experienced several dozens year development, experienced has grown out of nothing, from sole variety to covering extensive fields variety development phase. However, our country automobile industry compared with the Western developed country still had the enormous disparity. The analysis has these disparity primary cause is the financial operation plaque deficiency, in the automobile industry industrial chain most has the value automobile finance service industry to lag by far in the Western country, this becomes China automobile industry development the bottleneck.
