摘    要
      银行业是促进国民经济发展、支持经济体制改革、维护社会稳定的关键因素，是整个金融改革中最为重要的一环。引进境外战略投资者是目前商业银行改革的有效途径，是金融改革和金融对外开放的必然要求。同时，我们还要对引资过程中可能带来的问题和已经出现的不良苗头给予高度警惕。合理有效地利用境外投资机构的资本、先进经验和技术，促进我国银行业扩大开放、深化改革、创新发展，不断增强我国银行业的综合竞争实力和现代金融服务水平。

Abstract
       The banking industry is the key to promote the national economy development, support economic restructuring and maintain social stability aspect, and it is the most important part in the entire financial reform. At the moment, introducing foreign strategic investors is an effective route to reforming commercial banks, and a prerequisite in implementing financial reforms and opening up the financial market. At the same time, we must look out for problems that may arise or might be already budding, in the process of introducing foreign capital. We would be able to take advantage of the foreign capital, professional knowledge, international experience, and advanced technology in the best interests of the country. And in this direction, China’s banking industry would expand and develop, reforming into a strong competitive force with modern financial services of professional standards.
