东莞IT产业与苏州IT产业比较分析

摘要　IT产业作为一个高技术型，高创新型、省资源、省能源的产业，其发展对世界经济的影响越来越大。在过去20多年的改革开放过程中，我国电子信息产业抓住了发展机遇，发展成为全球电子信息产业大国，形成珠三角、长三角、环渤海以及福厦沿海四大IT产业集群和数十个信息产业基地。其中东莞和苏州是最具特色的两大IT城市。东莞IT产业与苏州IT产业的发展对我国IT产业乃至全球IT产业有着极其深远的影响。本文首先回顾东莞IT产业集群与苏州IT产业集群的形成和发展历程；然后对东莞IT 产业与苏州IT产业的特点进行比较分析，指出两地IT产业进一步发展面临的瓶颈,并提出相关对策。

Abstract　IT industry is a industry with high-tech, high-innovation, it plays a very important role on the global economy development. In the past 20 years China has seized the opportunity of IT industry’s global transfer, and developed into a great-power of the world’s IT industry. China has formed up four main IT industry clusters, the Yangtze River Delta IT industry cluster, the Bohai coastal IT industry cluster, the Pearl River Delta IT industry cluster, and the FuXia coastal IT industry cluster. Dongguan and Suzhou as China's main IT industry city, their IT industry development, characteristics, and outlook largely reflects China’s IT industry. The paper firstly reviews the development of Dongguan IT industry cluster and Suzhou IT industry cluster; then analyzed the common characteristics and the differences between these two cities.  This paper points out the difficulties these two cities are facing and how can they be settled.
