 摘       要
 刹车片外弧磨床的设计，它主要包括机身的设计、工作台的设计、砂轮架的设计、磨盘架的设计、进给机构的设计、减速机构的选择六大部分的内容。在设计过程中，各参数是参考与外弧磨削相近的外圆磨削方式和端面磨削方式进行计算。其中对砂轮的选择、电动机的选择、轴的强度校核、带轮的选择、减速器的选择等进行了详细的计算和说明。同时也对磨削过程中产生的磨削热做了一些介绍。
在设计过程中参考了大量的资料，主要的参考资料列在此说明书的最后。

Abstract
 The design of out arc grinder for brake shoe is consist of the design of the fuselage , the workstation, the grinding wheel frame, millstones frame , feed mechanism, and the choice of decelerate mechanism . In the design process , the parameters are choosed according to the cylindrical grinding and end face grinding manner which is similar to out arc grinding manner. then the parameters was adopted in calculate. The paper take emphases on introductions and calculate of the choice of the grinding wheel, electromotor, belt wheel , decelerate mechanism and the strength checking of shaft. Besides, it also refer the grinding heat which produce in the process of grinding.
 Has referred to the massive material in the design process, main reference row in the final
of this thesis .
