摘要

模具生产技术水平的高低不仅是衡量一个国家产品制造水平高低的重要标志，而且在很大程度上决定着这个国家的产品质量、效益及新产品开发能力。模具生产将继续朝着精细化、自动化的方向发展，模具企业继续向着技术集成化、设备精良化方向发展。
为了适应企业发展和市场竞争的需要，结合毕业实习的具体内容，进行汽车塑料结构件模具设计。首先从阐述模具行业的背景入手，给出对应汽车塑料结构件的模具框架结构设计，在此基础上，对相应的浇注系统、导向机构等模块进行具体设计，从而给出对应的汽车塑料结构件模具模型。结合UG三维造型软件，给出了具体的模具设计零件和装配结果。对于初次涉及模具的我在此主要是精细化方面汽车小配件模具的研究。为以后进入汽车模具设计的高精度、高复杂程度、高一致性、高生产力和低消耗做好准备。

Abstract
