基于Rhinoceros的依维柯欧霸卡车房车改造与建模设计

  摘     要
 
 房车又称“车轮上的家”，兼具“房”与“车”两大功能，但其属性还是车，是一种可移动、具有居家必备的基本设施的车种。大体可分为自行式与拖挂式两种，其车上的居家设施有：卧具、炉具、冰箱、橱柜、沙发、餐桌椅、盥洗设施、空调、电视、音响等家具和电器，可分为驾驶区域、起居区域、卧室区域、卫生区域、厨房区域等.
 本设计就是尝试通过设计改造依维柯欧霸卡车车型，将其改造成一房车，介绍该房车改造设计过程。首先掌握欧霸卡车基本尺寸，设计底盘与车厢的链接构件，运用Rhinoceros软件建立构件模型，画出零件图。然后对确定车厢内部设计要点，对车厢内乘客睡觉位置，活动空间，橱柜位置，座椅位置，储物位置等进行布置设计，对房车车厢内部布置合理性进行分析并建立设计模型。接着运用Rhinoceros软件建立车厢内各样设施模型，最后确定改造和设计方案，将该车型改造成一辆实实在在的房车，彻底解决乘客吃，住，整顿和休息问题。本方案针对卫生间，沙发床，车厢一侧进行特殊设计，使得设计更加新颖。

Abstract
 Caravan, known as "a house on wheels", has the functions of a house and a car. However, it belongs to vehicles, so caravan is a kind of car with the basic feature of mobility and house-living. As a mobile villa, there are variety facilities on a caravan such as kitchen ware, stove, refrigerator, closet, sofa, table, shower system, air conditioning, television and audio system. A caravan is formed with multiple areas, which are driving area, living area, bedroom area, washing area and kitchen area.
 This essay will provide a trial on the design of caravan based on the shape of IVECO, and introduce the process of the promotion. First of all, according to the measurement of IVECO, design the connection parts between chassis and use the Rhinocerow software to carriage; build the model of the part and draw the blueprint out. Secondly,using Rhinocerow software to build all faciltise model inside of the caravan, rearrange based on some factors such as carriage inner design, locations where passengers sleep, spaces of activities, locations of furniture and etc; analyze and build a model according to the rationality of the inner arrangements. Finally, ensure the design and promotion scheme, so that a caravan can be made eventually and the living problems of passengers will be solved. This program for the bathroom, sofa bed, side compartments are specially designed to make the design more innovative.
