摘     要
 本文档介绍了一种小型开式压力机的设计方案及其工作原理。冲压加工是现代机械制造业中先进高效的加工方法之一，它是利用安装在压力机上的模具，在常温（或加热）条件下对板料施加压力使其变形和分离，从而获得一定形状，尺寸零件的加工方法。冲压成形是一种金属塑性加工方法，因冲压件具有重量轻、厚度薄、刚性好和质量稳定的特点，所以冲压设备被广泛使用.其机构上主要是先将电动机的动力经传动系统传递到曲柄滑块机构，由曲柄带动滑块的直线往复运动。将上模板固定在滑块上，下模固定在工作台上，压力机上模随着滑块的上下移动而上下移动，以此对下模进行冲压加工。

Abstract
 This paper presents a small open-press design and its working principles.
