防水防盐雾圆形电连接器的设计

摘要
 随着科学技术的发展，对海上及野外作业的设备上所需的电连接器提出了更高的耐环境要求。在连接器行业，耐环境能力高的连接器一直都是研究的重点，并且一直在防水及防盐雾及耐高压上存在一定的缺陷。传统连接器能承受千伏电压。为此，研制设计了一种防水防盐雾圆形电连接器，其接触对芯数为24芯，且能承受万伏及以上电压。连接器结构是根据密封性要求而设计的，对电镀工艺及电镀材料进行了改进，使连接器外壳具有更高的防盐雾等级。其性能已能满足目前我国工业用要求，可在生产与实际中推广应用。

Abstract

 With the development of science and technology，the electric connectors operating in the field and at sea required waterproof and anti-bad environment. In the connector industry,high environment-resistant connector has been the focus of the study.There has been a defect in the performance of anti-aslt spray and waterproof,and high pressure-resistent.Traditional connector can withstand the kilovolt voltage. To this respecter，designed a waterproof, anti-salt spray cycloidal connector,the number of contacts for the 24cores,and can withstand voltage of more than 10,000 volts.Structure of the connector was designed in accordance with the the requirements of saling.The plating process and material was improved, so that the connector shell a higher-grade anti-salt spray.The performance has been able to meet the current requirements of China's industrial.The connector can be used in manufacture and practice.
