摘要
       近年来在我国工业化快速推进的同时，许多传统的加工方式已经落后现在的加工需要，从而产生了滚丝机，滚丝机是用滚丝轮滚制条状细轴类的专用工具，滚制的精度可达到l级标准，强度可滚制中碳钢经热处理后HRC38-42的硬坯料，可滚制薄壁件和M35x2米的一般精度的丝杠，这些是搓丝工艺无法实现的。广泛采用滚丝工艺，可实现少、无切削，企业和社会都会有好的效益。然而，由于滚丝轮的价格较高，使用寿命又较低，滚丝工艺除在标准件行业采用外，在机械其它行业应用的阀杆等多种切削加工，纺织行业用铣床加工圆柱面的花纹。这些传统的低效率的加工方式，要改变它．必须预先创造条件解决滚丝轮价格偏高和使用寿命较低的问题。从而，设计一种是用价格低廉，使用寿命长的滚丝机是非常迫切需要的。
